Key Responsibilities & Core Expectations • Inbound Lead Handling: Manage and consult on 25 to 30 qualified inbound calls daily from high-net-worth prospective guests. • Conversion Focus: Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly target conversion percentages, converting inquiries into paid confirmed bookings. • Consultative Pitching: Clearly articulate property features, package inclusions,
