Educational Qualification
Must Have:
BE/B. Tech in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, or related Engineering.
Preferred:
MBA in Marketing/Sales.
Experience
1–2 years of B2 B sales experience in CAD/CAM/CAE software or engineering solutions.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of engineering design and manufacturing workflows.
Experience with Linked In Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
Knowledge of MIDC/manufacturing industries and territory sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Siemens solutions (NX, Teamcenter, Solid Edge).
Exposure to Dassault Systèmes, PTC,



or Ansys products.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CAD/CAM/CAE solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Collaborate with technical and post-sales teams for successful project delivery.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and achieve sales targets.
