Job Description Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for business applications and resolve client issues promptly. Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processing activities. Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and data-related incidents. Support SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake environments. Monitor and maintain ETL processes and automated workflows. Participate in application upgrades, releases, testing,



and system enhancements. Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. Perform root cause analysis and contribute to process improvements. Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure service excellence. Participate in on-call and after-hours support rotations as required. Required Skills & Experience ✅ 3-5 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Data Support ✅ Robust experience with: SQL Server, Oracle, and/or Snowflake SQL querying and data analysis Incident and problem management ✅ 1-3 years of experience with: SSIS or other ETL tools Scheduling and monitoring tools (Autosys, Control-M, UAC, or equivalent) ✅ 1-2 years of experience with: Python scripting and automation Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Financial Services industry experience Knowledge of production monitorin
