This Position reports to: Director Projects Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the chance to lead the execution of small/medium projects with low and medium complexity and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, relevant cyber security regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets. You will also get opportunity to lead high‑impact rail transportation projects involving propulsion systems, auxiliary converters, and other rolling stock subsystems.



This role is ideal for a project leader with deep engineering expertise, Contract management, strong command of QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) Metrics, and hands‑on experience with quality standards like IRIS/ISO TS22163 and CENELEC/EN5012X. The work model for the role is: Li_Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion business for Traction Division based in Bangalore, India: You will be mainly accountable for: Project Leadership - PMP Certified Project Manager – Rolling Stock Equipment or any other equivalent certification is mandatory. • Leads the project team allocated to the project. Motivates and monitors internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. • Provides performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects. Instructions and guidelines • Ensures compliance to standard ABB internal directives and procedure, relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
