Your Team Responsibilities: The DevOps Platform Engineering team is responsible for building, operating, and evolving the engineering platforms, developer workflows, and self-service capabilities that enable engineering teams across MSCI to deliver software securely, reliably, and at scale. As part of the MSCI Core DevOops Engineering team, you will help define and evolve the future of software delivery and developer enablement across the organization. This includes ownership of CI/CD platforms, engineering workflows, cloud-native platforms, internal developer tooling, and self-service capabilities built on technologies such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Backstage. The team defines and maintains engineering standards, golden paths, reusable workflows, platform abstractions, and governance models that product and engineering teams adopt to accelerate delivery while maintaining consistency,



security, compliance, and operational excellence. This team operates as a software engineering organization focused on platform capabilities and developer experience - building internal products, APIs, automation, and integrations that shape how engineering teams build, deploy, operate, and support software across MSCI. Your Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and evolution of MSCI's internal developer platform and engineering workflow ecosystem. • Architect and implement reusable CI/CD frameworks, GitHub Actions workflows, shared libraries, templates, and platform abstractions that standardize software delivery across the organization. • Drive enterprise DevOps and SDLC standardization initiatives, including source control governance, branching strategies, deployment models, security controls, and engineering best practices. • Design and build internal platform capabilities, APIs
