About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 11 S&P; Global Corporate The Role: Lead, Organizational Change Management As an Organizational Change Management Associate in the EPMO Team, you will work alongside technology leaders to help deliver people-centric technology to all S&P; Global colleagues around the world. You will work with leaders and subject matter experts across all S&P; Global technology towers, collaborating with colleagues to develop and execute organizational change management (OCM) strategies for end-user-facing initiatives. You will operate largely as an individual contributor as part of a specialist OCM team. Responsibilities: Change Planning: Maintain the OCM support intake process to enable the team to plan and forecast project/product OCM needs Partner with key stakeholders (e.g., DTS Engagement, (User Experience, Intranet team, Corporate Communications, People team)
to align strategy, audiences, timing, planning and delivery of OCM outputs (communications, training and stakeholder engagement.) Perform change impact assessments (process, role, technology, behavior) and capture lessons learned to continuously improve future change approaches. Track change deliverables and dependencies , ensuring risks/impacts are visible, owned, and addressed with project teams and impacted divisions to support a smooth transition to live service. Change Strategy Execution: Partner with DTS Engagement team and/or Corporate Communications to develop explicit, consistent messages for a global employee audience. Execute the Organizational Change Management Plan , including sourcing and coordinating subject matter expertise (SMEs) and drafting the required communications, presentations, and digital messaging to drive adoption of technology services, enhancements, and upgrades.
