Start as Freelance BD → Move to Contract-to-Hire → Convert to Permanent Role

What You’ll Do:
Bring direct hiring clients (India / International)
Generate real, active hiring requirements
Focus on high-value roles (NO Sales/Finance roles)
Handle end-to-end client acquisition
Build long-term, revenue-generating accounts
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in Staffing BD (IT / Non-IT)
Ability to bring mid-size to large clients (30–500+ employees)
Robust in client conversion, not just lead generation
Experience in high CTC roles OR structured volume hiring
Important:
This starts as a Freelancing role (performance-based) - ( SO NO FIXED SALARY INITIALLY)
Growth to full-time permanent position depends on:
