Senior Chartered Accountant (TIC Industry) Industry: Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) Experience: Minimum 15 Years Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata We are looking for a senior finance qualified who is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience to lead and manage our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading finance teams , driving financial strategy, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting business growth. Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry or a similar service-based organisation will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous development. Oversee the company's entire finance and accounting function. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and all other statutory and regulatory requirements.



Manage statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and regulatory inspections. Drive budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management. Provide strategic financial insights and business recommendations to senior management. Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes. Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and working capital requirements. Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll accounting, and fixed asset management. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of financial records. Support commercial operations through financial analysis, costing, pricing, and profitability assessments. Drive automation and continuous process improvements within the finance function.
