Job Overview Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize end-to-end People Services operations in alignment with global processes, while incorporating local requirements to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency. Maintain and update HR systems with exact and timely data entry, while driving continuous process improvements. Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. Develop, manage, and maintain personnel documentation in compliance with data protection standards and regulatory requirements.
