Job Description Your Role: •Develop a solid understanding of reporting process and the relevant data within Investment management operations. •Build good understanding of data flows across systems from source to reporting platforms along with the impact of data on reporting. •Act as an SME for the data quality processes along with managing the daily deliverables. •Support lead/supervisor in conducting process trainings and assessments.



•Support lead/supervisor in planning the work allocation along with monitoring the process. •Ensure the established timelines and quality of deliverables that may impact the business are met on an on-going basis. •Ensure process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are updated on a real time basis. •Collate metrics for the team and support lead in preparing the MIS. •Support lead/supervisor in requirement gathering, testing and validation exercises for any projects or initiatives. •Drive implementation of process improvement ideas and eliminate challenges. •Ensure timely communication of queries, issues and escalations to the lead/supervisor. •Participate in the stakeholder meetings and contribute effectively. •Contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the department.
