ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCUTRE BUSINESS: CIRCOR – INDUSTRIAL LOCATION: COIMBATORE DIRECT REPORTING: Director - Sales & Service FUNCTIONAL REPORTING: NA POSITION DETAILS Position Summary The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for new business development for customers in India and other regions through selling the CIRCOR portfolio. This role will be primarily responsible for developing new business opportunities, securing design wins, and supporting sales and business development strategies. Duties include understanding and communication of market trends, demand forecasting, effective management of business capture targeting, proposal generation, contract negotiation, and closure to contract award. Acquire, establish, and develop relationships with prospective customers, on a specific geographic area, focusing on various product lines of Industrial Valves. Drive business development actions and work closely with business partners in assigned markets to expand the customer base and achieve business growth with defined margins. This position will report to Head Sales,



Industrial Valves in India and focus on growing our industrial valves business primarily for India region, and also in Middle East and Southeast Asia. Principal Activities • Understand CIRCOR’ s products and develop product/marketing strategies to fuel CIRCOR’ s growth in the Indian market. • Work closely with Global Leaders and Business Unit Sales and Application Engineering teams on the growth strategies and action plans (including brand and pricing strategies). • Build market intelligence for CIRCOR’ s products in India. • Develop and implement robust processes to effectively manage the business development function, ensuring they continuously evolve to meet changing business needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency within the team. • Stay close to customers and build solid relationships. Understand customer needs and provide solutions and services
