Namaskaram Ajna Lens is looking for a Business Success Executive – XR Business (Lead Generation & Account Farming) to join our Enterprise Sales team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). This is a dynamic, customer-facing role for a sales professional who can build new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing enterprise accounts across AjnaLens' XR portfolio. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation , business development, or inside sales, with the ability to drive both recent customer acquisition (Hunting) and existing account growth (Farming). This role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, consultative selling, and the ability to work across multiple enterprise industries. Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Generate and qualify new B2B opportunities across AjnaLens' XR solutions through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and inbound inquiries. Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts by driving product adoption, renewals, upselling, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales, Presales,



Delivery, and Customer Success teams to prepare proposals, track pipelines, and deliver business value to customers. Minimum Work Experience Required: 5 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Enterprise Sales. Experience handling both Hunting (new logo acquisition) and Farming (account growth & relationship management). Exposure to Industrial Technology, IoT, EdTech, Enterprise SaaS, AR/VR/XR, or Digital Transformation solutions is preferred. Top 5 Skills You Should Possess: Strong expertise in B2B Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Pipeline Development. Excellent consultative selling, customer relationship management, and account farming skills.
