You will be mainly accountable for: • Provide leadership to delivery team on accounting of transactions for P2P and Intercompany in an accurate and timely manner while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements and have handled a team size of 30-40 employees and open for working in shifts • Creating a culture of delivery orientation, change management and professionalism in accounting both globally and locally in the Finance centers.
