About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager – Performance Marketing to lead client relationships across performance marketing, paid media, and social retainers. You’ll be the strategic partner for clients, the bridge between internal teams, and the owner of account growth, retention, and delivery.



This role sits at the intersection of media, creativity, and business strategy, making it ideal for someone who is equally comfortable discussing ROAS and CAC as they are creative hooks, storytelling, and consumer behaviour. You won’t be running campaigns yourself, but you will be accountable for ensuring they deliver results. What You'll DoClient Strategy & Business Growth Own end-to-end relationships for performance-driven brands. Build monthly and quarterly growth plans across paid media and social retainers.
