Job Summary The ME CNC Jr Engineer III at Jabil, Inc. will support the design, development, and optimization of CNC machining processes. This role involves assisting senior engineers with programming, tooling selection, and process validation to ensure productive and high-quality manufacturing of precision components.



Job Responsibilities * Assist in the development and implementation of CNC programs (G-code, M-code) for various machining operations (milling, turning, grinding) using CAD/CAM software. * Support the selection and optimization of cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding devices to improve machining efficiency and product quality. * Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing issues and ensure process stability. * Collaborate with design engineers to review component designs for manufacturability and provide input on design for manufacturing (DFM) principles. * Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of CNC machine problems, including mechanical, electrical, and programming issues. * Document and maintain process specifications, work instructions, and engineering change orders (ECOs). * Perform preventative maintenance and calibration checks on CNC machinery as required. * Supp
