About the Role The SOX Manager is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls in line with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements, including SOX and related standards. This role reviews, develops, implements, and maintains controls across processes, systems, financial statements, journals, and reports; identifies control gaps and drives timely remediation; ensures process documentation is regularly updated; and supports internal and external audit requirements, including management attestation activities. The role also manages a small team, sets priorities to address operational needs, and oversees team performance through objective setting, reviews, and pay recommendations, with decisions guided by policies, resources, and business plans.
