What You'll Do: You'll join the Global Customer Care team, the first point of contact for Criteo customers. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting customers through email and chat, resolving inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and learning how global customer support teams deliver an exceptional customer experience. Assist the customer care team in managing customer inquiries via email, and chat. Understand Criteo's policies & tool and then provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Document and track customer interactions - CRM/Salesforce. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.



Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed. This role is based at Gurgaon, India; EMEA Shift 12:30 PM IST - 09:30 PM IST Internship Duration: 6 months Who You Are: Completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exposure to AI tools and technologies Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team workplace. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus (not a mandatory requirement) Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
