Job Description Job Title: AI- Video Producer Experience: 3 Years Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work From Office Employment Type: Full time / Freelancer About the Role:- We are looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused Video Producer to manage the end-to-end content production for our Accelerator Program. This is an complete production cycle that transforms live learning and practical AI-building sessions into high-quality long-form, short-form, social, email, and enterprise-ready content. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end weekly video production workflow, from pre-production and multi-source capture to editing and final delivery. Coordinate and capture Monday learning sessions and Thursday live-build sessions. Produce one 20–35 minute flagship YouTube episode every week , combining both sessions into a compelling narrative. Create 4–6 vertical short-form clips and a LinkedIn clip set every week. Support production of one social media carousel and one weekly email/article. Create an enterprise-safe content cut for each weekly production.



Complete priority content repurposing within 24 hours of each Thursday session . Conduct a public-safety review to ensure no PII, secrets, confidential employer/client information, or sensitive student code is exposed. Add appropriate metadata tags to every clip and maintain an organized digital content library. Manage multi-source capture and production across eight production scenes . Follow evergreen-content and live-overlay production practices to maximize content reuse. Every three weeks, support the creation of a 90-minute to 4-hour intensive course using the strongest weekly content. Collaborate closely with instructors, content teams, social media teams, and stakeholders to maintain quality and delivery timelines.
