This Position reports to: Maintenance Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the chance to lead the processes in maintaining and preserving the efficiency of all equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, resulting in the optimization of technical and financial resources. Each day, you will oversee execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. Li_Onsite This role is contributing to the Motion business for High Power division based in Vadodara, India You will be mainly accountable for: Maintenance: Oversees execution of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of equipment, Test plant equipment. Collaborates with Production team/Project management to define preventive maintenance plans for production lines, and consults on ways to improve reliability, maintainability, and safety of equipment. Updates and reviews stocks of critical spare parts list. Documentation: Manages and updates technical information of equipment, production lines, utilities and/or facilities. And keeps documents available for reference. Technical resolution: Solves major technical issues or equipment problems to achieve higher performance of the production lines. Maintains tools and repair equipment in good working order. Improvement projects: Proposes improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extr
