Job Description – Senior Business Development Executive Location: Pune (Work From Office) About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing compelling sales strategies, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients across international markets. Key Responsibilities • Generate qualified leads and business opportunities across Europe, UK, the Nordics, and other international markets. • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, email outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting channels to build a strong sales pipeline. • Drive business development initiatives with international clients across IT services and solutions. • Identify market trends and customer needs to build and maintain a robust short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipeline. • Conduct data gathering, market mapping, and research analysis to support sales strategy. Follow up on new business opportunities and schedule client meetings.



• Build and nurture robust professional relationships with prospects and clients. • Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and execute personalized outreach campaigns. • Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture opportunities and create long-term business potential. • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting targets. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in CRM systems. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the IT services and software development industry. • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and leadership team to support sales initiatives and market expansion efforts.
