Our client, a top-tier management consulting firm is seeking an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant to support process optimization initiatives for its battery manufacturing operations. The consultant will play a key role in designing and executing Design of Experiments (DOE). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the automotive or automotive components industry, with a robust track record of applying Six Sigma methodologies in manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, design, and execution of Design of Experiments (DOE)
for battery manufacturing processes • Apply Six Sigma tools and statistical techniques to identify process improvements and reduce variability • Analyze manufacturing data to optimize process parameters and improve yield and quality • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, process engineering, and R&D; • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and product performance • Mentor internal teams on Six Sigma best practices and DOE methodologies where required Key Skills: Six Sigma Black Belt Design of Experiments (DOE) Process Optimization Automotive/Auto Components Manufacturing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Process Capability & SPC
