About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience generating qualified B2 B leads across the UK, US, and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in prospect research, data mining, outbound lead generation, and appointment setting for international clients within an outsourcing or BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate high-quality B2 B leads across the UK, US, and Canadian markets.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust database of prospects using Linked In Sales Navigator, , Zoom Info, Lusha, and other lead generation tools.
Execute outbound campaigns through email, Linked In, cold calling, and other channels.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status regularly.
Work closely with Business Development Managers to achieve monthly lead generation targets.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements to maximize conversions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Lead Generation for the UK, US, and Canadian markets.
Prior experience working with an Outsourcing/BPO/KPO company is mandatory.
Strong understanding of B2 B prospecting and sales pipelines.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar.
Proficiency in Linked In Sales Navigator, , Zoom Info, Lusha, , or equivalent tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Solid research, analytical, and organizational skills.
