Position Type: Senior Manager Career Function: Sales & Business Development – Food & Nutraceuticals (F&N;) Location: Corporate Office, Hyderabad 1. Overview: The incumbent will drive profitable revenue growth through new customer acquisition, key account management, market development, and strategic business partnerships within the Food & Nutrition segment. 2. Key Responsibilities: • Drive current business development and expand existing customer accounts. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely conversions. • Manage key customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities. • Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. • Coordinate with R&D;, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams. • Represent Sigachi at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events. • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and CRM updates. Qualifications & Experience:
