Key Responsibilities Ind AS Reporting & Financial Statements: Own end-to-end preparation and presentation of financial statements in strict alignment with Ind AS guidelines and parent group expectations. Accounting Excellence & Ledger Governance: Oversee daily accounting workflows, fixed asset management, deep-dive ledger analysis, and seamless vendor/customer account reconciliations. Audit Leadership: Lead statutory, internal, and regulatory audit cycles from front to back, ensuring zero-observation compliance and smooth execution.
Regulatory Compliance & Disclosures: Ensure institutional-grade precision in Related Party Disclosures and statutory governance schedules. Executive MIS & Strategic Support: Deliver high-impact financial dashboards and analytical reporting for leadership decision-making and group-level reviews. Team Empowerment: Lead, coach, and guide a high-output accounting team to consistently hit flawless month-end closures and operational milestones. What Makes You a Great Fit? Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). Experience: 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in core financial accounting, reporting, and audit management. Industry Edge: Prior experience in Stockbroking, Capital Markets, or BFSI will give you a distinct advantage.
