Key Roles & Responsibilities Program & Project Management Manage End-to-end lifecycle of multiple projects (initiation to closure). Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across cross-functional teams. Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, scope, and quality standards. Strategic Execution & Alignment Translate Product vision and strategy defined by the CPO into actionable project plans. Ensure alignment of all projects with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and market priorities.



Support prioritization of product roadmap initiatives across Insurance and Lending portfolios. Stakeholder Management Act As a liaison between the CPO, business teams, technology teams, and external partners. Conduct regular governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews. Provide periodic updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes. Domain Expertise (Insurance & Lending) Initiatives related to: Policy administration systems (Life & General Insurance) Claims management and underwriting workflows Loan origination systems (LOS) and loan management systems (LMS) Ensure solutions comply with regulatory frameworks (e.g., IRDAI guidelines, RBI norms). Risk & Compliance Management Identify Project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation plans. Ensure all deliverables meet internal audit, compliance, and governance standards.
