Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources. Understand patient requirements and collect accurate information during calls. Schedule and confirm patient appointments in coordination with the clinical and administrative teams. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, patient inquiries, and follow-ups. Regularly update lead and patient information in the company's CRM/database. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely responses to patient inquiries. Escalate medical, technical, or complex patient queries to the appropriate doctor or healthcare professional.
