About the Role

Metrix Tax Filing is looking for a Tax Associate (Client Relationship Officer) to join our growing team. In this client-facing role, you will manage client communication throughout the U.S. tax return preparation process. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely collection of tax documents, coordinating with internal tax teams,



resolving client queries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat during the U.S. tax return preparation and filing process.
Collect, review, and organize client tax documents before assigning cases to the tax preparation team.
Respond to client inquiries regarding tax documents, filing status, missing information, and the overall tax filing process.
Record and update client interactions and case progress in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal tax preparers to resolve client issues and obtain additional documentation when required.
Follow up proactively with clients to ensure timely submission of pending documents and approvals.
Obtain client confirmations for accurate and timely tax return filing.
Handle customer concerns and first-level escalations while maintaining high serv
