NRole: Relationship Managers (Motor) Agency channel
NWhat is the purpose of the role -

- n
- Meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments. Service the Existing POS to drive sales growth Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales process N
- Create offline trainingand servicing process for the POSP. N
- Should know local agentnetwork. N
- Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers. N
- Should be a Highly Motivated Individual and should be able to drive Chanel with ownership. Travelling can be frequent. N




- Candidate should be from Insurance Background having hands-on experience in agency vertical in a General Insurance Company or an Insurance Brokerage Firm. N
- Managing relationships with customers. N
- Identifying and communicating customer needs. N
- Ensuring customer satisfaction. N
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base. N
