About the Role
Ideal e Designs is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Intern to support our sales and client acquisition activities.
The selected candidate will connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, introduce our technology services, and help schedule meetings for qualified opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in technology sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn, email, and other outreach channels
• Introduce our mobile app, website, custom software, CRM, and AI automation services
• Understand prospects’ businesses, challenges, budgets, timelines, and technology requirements
• Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings with the senior sales team
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-up records in the CRM
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communications




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication with prospects
• Work toward weekly outreach, qualified-lead, and meeting targets

Candidate Requirements
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with business owners, founders, and decision-makers
• Interest in business development, technology sales, or client acquisition
• Good listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate solutions clearly
• Self-motivated, proactive, organised, and comfortable working with targets
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, or lead generation is an advantage
• Fresh graduates and final-year students are welcome to apply
