Job description: Gradigy is looking for a proactive and results-driven Outreach Executive to build our sales pipeline through targeted outbound outreach. You will be responsible for identifying relevant prospects, initiating conversations, qualifying potential clients, and booking qualified sales meetings for our team. This is a highly performance-oriented role. We are looking for someone who understands that successful outreach is not about sending hundreds of generic messages, but about reaching the right prospects with the right message.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, email and other relevant channels.
● Build targeted prospect lists based on Gradigy’s ideal customer profile.
● Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, cold email and other relevant channels.
● Personalize outreach based on the prospect, company and business requirements.
● Follow up consistently with interested prospects.
● Qualify prospects before scheduling meetings.
● Book sales/discovery meetings with qualified leads.
● Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, follow-ups and meetings.
● Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
● Continuously test and improve outreach messaging, targeting and conversion rates.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass; graduation in any discipline preferred.
0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, business development, appointment setting or outbound outreach preferred.
Freshers with strong communication, sales aptitude and LinkedIn prospecting skills may also apply.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting, cold emailing and online lead-generation techniques.
Ability to research prospects, identify decision-makers and build targeted lead lists.
Robust follow-up discipline and ability to qualify leads.
Comfortable working with targets and performance-based compensation.
