Pryvanta Global Consulting is a new-age advisory firm working in Sustainability, ESG, and BRSR compliance and reporting. As we scale, we're looking to empanel experienced Business Development Partners who bring existing networks and relationships in this space.

This is not a full-time employment role. It's a commission-based partnership — you bring in projects, and you earn a percentage of project value once it's awarded and executed. No fixed monthly compensation; high earning potential tied directly to deals you close.

Who we're looking for:
Experience in ESG, Sustainability, or BRSR advisory/consulting business development
Existing relationships with corporates, mid-market companies, or listed entities needing ESG/BRSR support
Comfortable working independently on a project/commission basis
Robust understanding of the ESG advisory landscape in India

What you get:




10–15% commission on every project you bring in and see through

How it works:

You identify and bring in the opportunity → we support you through proposal/pitch → on award, you earn 10–15% of project value, paid as per agreed milestones.
