We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Financial Reporting to lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial statements while ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing reporting cycles, supporting audits, driving process improvements, and partnering with leadership teams to provide meaningful financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Consolidation
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements
Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and/or US GAAP
Manage intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments
Prepare and review management and board reporting packs
Audit & Compliance
Serve as the key point of contact for statutory, internal, and tax audits
Ensure timely closure of audit observations and queries
Strengthen Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
Analysis & Business Partnering
Perform variance analysis across budgets, forecasts, and actuals
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
Present financial performance and key business trends to senior management
Process Improvement & Systems
Drive automation and optimization of financial reporting processes
Work extensively with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Hyperion, or HFM
Standardize reporting templates and enhance data accuracy
Support finance transformation and digital initiatives
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
Review deliverables and ensure reporting accuracy and quality
Support team development and performance management initiatives
