Role Description The Executive Coach will provide remote, full time coaching to senior leaders and professionals, helping them clarify goals, enhance performance, and align decisions with long-term financial and lifestyle objectives. This role involves conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, using structured coaching frameworks to support leadership development, decision-making, and business effectiveness. The Executive Coach will collaborate with financial advisors to integrate coaching outcomes with clients’ financial plans, ensuring a holistic approach to personal and professional growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing coaching plans, delivering virtual training and facilitation, tracking progress, and preparing clear documentation and reports. The Executive Coach will also contribute to refining coaching methodologies, supporting internal knowledge sharing, and maintaining high ethical and professional standards in every client interaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in Executive Coaching and Coaching,



with a focus on supporting senior leaders and professionals.
Experience in Executive Management and Business Coaching, particularly in financial services or professional services environments.
Skills in Training and facilitation, including designing and delivering virtual workshops or development programs.
Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
Relevant coaching certification (e.g., ICF or equivalent) and/or background in psychology, organizational development, or related field.
Understanding of wealth management, financial planning, or related financial concepts is highly beneficial.
Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a client portfolio, and use digital tools for virtual coaching.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline preferred; additional professional or leadership exper
