Role Description The Tele Sales Consultant will handle inbound and outbound calls, introduce Curewell’s products to potential and existing customers, and provide clear, accurate information about benefits, usage, and pricing. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, processing orders, updating customer records,



and following up on leads to drive sales growth. The role involves maintaining courteous, professional communication, resolving basic customer queries, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. The consultant will also support sales campaigns, meet daily and monthly targets, and share customer feedback for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aluva.
Qualifications
Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain product details clearly and build rapport over the phone.
Customer service and tele-selling skills, including handling inquiries, managing objections, and closing sales in a professional manner.
