Role Description The Community Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for building, nurturing, and moderating Yuvaa’s youth communities across online and offline spaces. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with community members, responding to queries and feedback, facilitating discussions and leading a community team that reflects Yuvaa’s values and mission. The role involves planning and executing community campaigns, events,



and initiatives, as well as collaborating with content, insights, and partnerships teams to translate youth voices into meaningful activities. The Community Manager will track engagement metrics, document community stories, and use insights to improve community experiences and impact while also stewarding the community vertical’s growth at Yuvaa. This position requires consistent on-ground presence at events, workshops, and partner locations in Mumbai as needed.

Qualifications
Strong community engagement skills, including facilitation, relationship-building, and empathetic listening with young audiences.
Experience managing online communities across social media platforms, including moderation, feedback handling, and fostering safe, inclusive spaces.
Ability to plan and execute events, workshops, and campaigns, with solid organizational and project management skills.
