We are seeking a driven, proactive Management Intern to support our core growth, operational strategy, and digital patient workflows. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to optimize online patient journeys, evaluate operational data, and coordinate remote administration across our clinic networks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Digital Operations & Workflow: Assist in streamlining online consultation systems, tracking appointment pipelines, and improving digital patient communication touchpoints.

Data Tracking & Reporting: Help compile and analyze weekly operational metrics, online patient inquiries, and service efficiency reports using Google Sheets / Excel.

Process Documentation: Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for administrative tasks, tele-consultation onboarding, and support channels.





Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a bridge between management, digital marketing, and clinic administrative staff to keep projects moving on schedule.

Research & Strategy Support: Conduct desk research on best practices in telehealth, healthcare operations, and patient engagement strategies.

Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Healthcare Management, Operations, or related fields.

Discretion & Professionalism: High commitment to maintaining patient privacy, data security, and confidentiality.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), team communication tools (Slack/WhatsApp Business/Zoom), and basic data handling.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
