SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations Manager oversees a team dedicated to the operational back-end support of our marketing processes and platforms. This role, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing Operations, is that of a player/coach for the team, overseeing day-to-day operations, team management,



work quality and progress to deadline, while also executing on their own work that contributes to the operational efficiencies of marketing. . Specifically, the manager maintains and stewards: digital tools and website pages, oversees recurring updates to performance communications collateral and their distribution mechanisms, tracks and reports on campaign performance and key initiatives, leverages AI, data, and technology solutions to innovate, improve efficiency and reduce risk. The role will supervise the daily activities of team members, set priorities to ensure task completion, proactively create cross-training opportunities and evaluate and develop talen.t
