NRole Description
nThis is a full time, on-site Cybersecurity Associate role based in Chandigarh, India. As a Cybersecurity Associate at DATAWALL, you will work directly with startups and growing companies to strengthen their cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management programs.
NYou'll support and lead portions of customer engagements spanning security assessments, compliance readiness, governance, risk management, security operations, and customer due diligence.
NThis role combines cybersecurity, consulting, and customer engagement. You'll work closely with senior consultants and vCISOs while taking ownership of assigned workstreams, customer deliverables, and implementation activities.

- Conduct cybersecurity assessments and gap assessments against frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIST CSF, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and DPDP. N
- Support customers through security and compliance readiness initiatives. N
- Develop, review, and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and documentation. N
- Perform risk assessments and assist customers in developing remediation plans. N
- Coordinate evidence collection and support internal and external audits. N
- Review security configurations across endpoints, cloud platforms, identity systems, and business applications. N
- Assist with vulnerability management, remediation tracking, and security best practices. N
- Participate in customerworkshops, security reviews, and technical discussions. N
- Prepare reports, risk registers, executive summaries, and customer presentations. N
