The Role
We’re looking for a driven and consultative Account Executive (AE) with strong experience selling into the European market who can take qualified leads and turn them into long-term customers.
You’ll own the entire sales cycle — from discovery to demo, negotiation to close — and act as a trusted advisor to Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders across QA, Engineering, and Product functions.
This is a role for a hunter and closer — someone who thrives on solving customer challenges and consistently beating their quota.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closure for European and global mid-market and enterprise clients
- Conduct deep discovery conversations to understand client challenges in testing, automation, and release management
- Deliver compelling product demos that showcase TestGrid’s business value and ROI
- Build robust, trust-based relationships with technical and business decision-makers (QA Heads, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Managers)
- Collaborate with BDRs to drive pipeline generation and ensure seamless lead handoff
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Product teams to customize solutions and proposals
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Negotiate pricing, structure contracts, and close
