Role Summary
We are seeking a energetic Procurement Executive to manage procurement activities for Marketing, Branding, Global (ROW) operations, Corporate Gifting, and Client Experience initiatives. The role requires sourcing and negotiating with vendors, ensuring timely execution of marketing and branding requirements, coordinating international procurement, and delivering a seamless experience for client visits and corporate events.

sMarketing & Branding Procuremen
tSource and negotiate with marketing, branding, creative, digital marketing, PR, event management, printing, and media agencies
.Procure promotional merchandise, marketing collateral, event materials, signage, and branded assets
.Execute RFQs/RFPs, commercial evaluations, negotiations, and vendor finalization
.Ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns and branding initiatives

ROW (Rest of World) Procureme
ntSupport procurement requirements across global locations (North America, Europe, Middle East, etc.
).Source international vendors for marketing campaigns, events, promotional merchandise,



and branding activitie
s.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and overseas vendors to ensure on-time executio
