Experience - 02 Year
Salary – 25k to 35k
Location – Smart Industrial Park near Natrip Pithampur Dhar, M.P.

Key Responsibilities

1.Laboratory Trials & Testing: Conduct in-depth lab trials, evaluating key performance metrics such as stability, texture, performance, pH, viscosity, and shelf life.

2.Existing products modified & improvised: Contributed to the optimization and modification of existing products without compromising on product performance or quality.

3.Tech transfer documents: Ensured timely and accurate preparation of tech transfer documents to support smooth scale-up and successful transition to manufacturing.

4.Scale-up & Production Support: Oversee the transition from R&D; to full-scale manufacturing,



traveling to production sites to supervise batch scaling and resolve any technical challenges.

5.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams from Packaging, Purchasing, QA/QC, and Marketing to ensure smooth, effective product development, and launch processes. Cost Optimization & Quality Assurance: Focus on optimizing production costs without compromising on product performance or quality.

2.Good Communication and understanding in Cosmetics formulization .

3.Basic Computer Knowledge.
