Role Description The Preschool Teacher will design and deliver daily classroom activities that support holistic development for children in an early childhood setting. Responsibilities include planning and implementing lessons, facilitating play-based learning, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and monitoring each child’s progress. The teacher will communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, provide updates on children’s development, and collaborate with colleagues on school events and curriculum improvements. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Noida, requiring active participation in classroom management, safety procedures, and school routines.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to create structured, engaging, and age-appropriate learning experiences.
Candidates should possess knowledge and training in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten-level teaching to support developmental milestones.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Prior experience working with preschool or kindergarten-age children in a classroom or childcare setting.
Ability to create a nurturing, inclusive, and safe learning environment and manage classroom routines effectively.
