Position: Site Engineer – Civil
Education & Experience (Minimum Requirements)
- You must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in contracting with Saudi Aramco projects is preferable.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
As a successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure all civil works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and applicable standards.
- Monitor site progress and report work status, delays, and resource requirements to the Project Engineer.




- Verify site conditions and resolve technical issues related to civil and structural works.
- Ensure proper allocation and utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials at the site.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with QA/QC personnel for inspections, testing, and closure of punch items.
- Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.
- Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies or conflicts before execution.
- Assist in quantity verification, material take-offs, and progress measurements.
- Maintain daily site records, work reports, and documentation related to project activities.
- Participate in client and site coordination meetings as required.
- Support the Project Engineer in achieving project objectives related to schedule, quality, safety, and productivity.
