About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead – Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of product engineering and lead the development of scalable, production-ready applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across the PERN stack and proven experience in building products from 0 to 1.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications.
Build and maintain applications using PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Drive technical architecture, coding standards, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Own product development initiatives from 0-to-1, translating requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Work closely with Product and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and ensure application performance,



reliability, and scalability.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the engineering team.
Participate actively in system design, technical decision-making, and production deployment.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in PERN stack:
PostgreSQL
Express.js
React.js
Node.js
Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, backend architecture, and frontend development.
Proven experience in 0-to-1 product development/building products from scratch – mandatory.
Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities.
Experience working in a B2B or B2C product environment.
Strong ownership and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred

Experience in startup/product-led environments.
Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges preferred.
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
