Responsibilities:
· Monitor Workbox job execution, ensuring successful data ingestion and transformation.
· Resolve issues related to workflow automation, data pipelines, and scheduled jobs.
· Apply patches, system updates, and optimize performance.
· Ensure incident resolution within SLA guidelines.
· Work closely with business users to troubleshoot and escalate L2 incidents.
Skills & Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of experience with workflow automation tools.
· Knowledge of ETL concepts, API integrations, and data processing.
