Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Maintenance technician to join our team at ibis Nashik, India.

who can perform highly diversified duties like installing, troubleshooting, repair and maintain the property’s facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.

Perform routine inspections of premises, HVAC systems, and equipment.




Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing.
Install, service, and repair air conditioning units (split, window, central AC, chillers).
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
Monitor AC performance, gas levels, compressors, and thermostats for effective operation.
Maintain and repair furniture, fixtures, and physical infrastructure.
Ensure proper cleaning and servicing of filters, coils, ducts, and ventilation systems.
Follow safety procedures and standards, including OSHA guidelines.
Maintain records of maintenance work, service logs, and inventory of spare parts.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and servicing.
Work closely with other departments to ensure minimal operational disruption.
Participate in training programs to upgrade technical and HVAC skills.
