The Reel Store is a content-driven marketing agency helping brands grow through strategy, content, branding and digital marketing. We work with businesses across industries to build their digital presence and generate business through effective marketing.
We are looking for a Sales Assistant who can help us manage our sales pipeline, communicate with potential clients, coordinate meetings and ensure that every lead is properly followed up until closure.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handle and qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings.
Make outbound cold calls and generate new leads.
Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
Follow up with leads, prospects and pending proposals.
Attend sales meetings and maintain detailed meeting notes.
Prepare proposals, pitch decks and quotations.
Coordinate client onboarding and handover to the internal team.
Coordinate with finance for invoices and payment follow-ups.




Maintain and update the sales pipeline/CRM.
Track lead status, meetings, proposals and closures.
Prepare weekly sales and pipeline reports.
Coordinate with the team to ensure all sales-related action items are completed.
Maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
Support in closing and converting high-value leads.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, client servicing or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making cold calls and speaking to business owners.
Solid follow-up skills — you should not be someone who waits for people to respond.
Good organisation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously.
Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel, presentations and basic C
