Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations & Production Manager to lead our Production Operations team. This role is responsible for overseeing the production department, ensuring team KPIs are achieved on time, managing daily operational activities, coordinating with vendors, handling company LinkedIn operations, and driving the successful execution of international B2B conferences across Europe.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, operational,



and project management skills with prior experience in conference production or B2B events.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management
Lead and manage the Production team responsible for speaker acquisition and conference production.
Ensure all production KPIs and event deliverables are completed on schedule.
Monitor team performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
Resolve production challenges and ensure seamless execution of multiple B2B conferences across Europe.
Develop production strategies to improve speaker acquisition and event quality.
Operations Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Production department.
Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, and SOPs.
Maintain production trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Delegate Acquisition teams for smooth event
