TE Training Academy is a trading name of Tunnel Engineering Limited. We provide accredited and specialist training across construction, health and safety, temporary works, tunnelling and work-based NVQ qualifications.
Our courses include CITB Site Safety Plus training, the CPD-certified Online Tunnel Engineering Course, Temporary Works courses, CDM Awareness, tunnelling safety training and ProQual NVQs.
We are seeking an experienced SEO & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing activities, increase our online visibility and generate direct course registrations and qualified business enquiries.
The Role
This is a results-focused position for someone who can plan, implement and manage SEO, Google Ads and wider digital marketing campaigns.
You will take ownership of marketing performance for TE Training Academy,



with additional support for Tunnel Engineering’s consultancy services when required. You will work directly with company management, trainers, technical specialists and our existing website developer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a comprehensive SEO and digital marketing strategy.
Conduct technical, on-page, off-page and content SEO audits.
Research commercially valuable, high-intent keywords.
Optimise course pages, landing pages, titles, content, internal links and structured data.
Identify indexing, duplication, canonicalisation and URL-structure problems.
Plan commercially focused content and ethical link-building campaigns.
Create, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
Manage keywords, bidding, budgets, locations, schedules and negative keywords.
Monitor search terms and eliminate irrelevant advertising expenditure.
Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console.
