Role Description The Business Manager role at KYG Estate X is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The Business Manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales and revenue growth, and manage client relationships across residential, commercial, and industrial property portfolios. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team,



monitoring performance against targets, and ensuring adherence to company processes and regulatory requirements. The role also involves developing and executing business development strategies, coordinating with developer partners, preparing business reports and forecasts, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery to clients. The Business Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to identify market opportunities, optimize resources, and support long-term organizational growth.
Qualifications
Strong business management and leadership capabilities, including team supervision, performance tracking, and goal setting.
